Hybrid Assistant for Your Family.

​As a busy family in NWA your life has to do lists- what you have to do, what you need to do, what you haven't done and what you want to do! If you own a small business as well, you may be finding, like we did, that balancing the to-do's of family life and small business ownership is a real challenge.  Magnolia & Sage is designed to help families when the mental load weighs down the joy in daily life. We step in with years of professional experience to handle executive assistance, remote administrative task, household logistics and errands. We are a dedicated partner you can count on to get things done wherever you are overwhelmed.

Packages

Magnolia & Sage helps people get things done!   We are your partner for household and office errands, logistics, task support and administrative assistance. We recommend starting with the 4-hour time block while you determine how many hours will best fit your needs. When you purchase a time block you can opt for a recurring appointment time on our calendar. When you are out of time... just reload your hours.

Hourly

For our clients who call us only when they feel stuck and need help (usually yesterday)!

Payment is due on date of service. Rates subject to change.

4 Hour Block 

This package is for you if you are new and curious about having a “little” help on a consistent basis.  This is our trial package.

Payment is due on or before first date of service and expires in 30 days.  Rates subject to change.

12 Hour Block

This time block is for you if you ultimately could benefit from having errands and tasks outsourced on a weekly basis. We’ll handle your plans as you need each and every week. Have a bigger project? No problem! 

Payment is due on or before first date of service and expires in 30 days. Rates subject to change. 

20 Hour Block

This is our most chosen time block.  It is most useful for individuals who are juggling career with home and family obligations. How many times have you said “I wish I had a clone? You may be overwhelmed, in need of “help” or you may be one of those individuals who simply knows that delegation is a route to success!

Payment is due when service is scheduled and expires in 30 days. Rates subject to change.

40 Hour Block

This contract membership is for our Master delegators!!  This is for you if you know you would like weekly visits and priority scheduling!  Together we will plan to handle all the tasks that are either getting in the way, or … just not getting done.

Meet Allison Curtis

Owner, Magnolia and Sage Concierge, NWA personal assistant family assistant

Hi, I’m Allison — founder of Magnolia & Sage, a concierge assistant service. I completed a MSE and built a career while raising 3 young children in NWA as a single mom. I have a heart for helping families balance work and play. I know what it is like to be juggling tasks while being present with loved ones. With over 15 years of career experience in family support, wellness, and household operations, I bring a calm, capable presence into busy homes. I hold a master’s degree in Wellness and have been certified in nutrition, food safety, doula support and emergency response. I am currently enrolled in a mindset training and life coaching course.  Whether it’s remote ad-hoc administrative tasks, executive assistance, household logistics or errands my goal is to lighten your load. I believe that practical support is powerful and that together we can reduce mental load so that we experience more moments of joy.
