Our personalized support is easy to schedule with hourly rates, pre-paid 5-hour time blocks, or monthly memberships. We specialize in family task management, handling the day-to-day responsibilities that weigh you down so you can focus on what truly matters.

 

What do I do?

 

"I'm a family assistant. My purpose is to help busy parents with their day-to-day household responsibilities so they can have more time to spend with their family. I handle the logistics and the to-do lists that often feel overwhelming. I do things like meal prep, grocery shopping, organizing the pantry, managing schedules, and coordinating with other services. Essentially, I act as an extra set of hands, a trusted partner who helps your family and home run more smoothly."
 

 

What do I sell?

 

"I sell time, peace of mind, and a better work-life balance. While the services I offer are practical tasks, what a family is truly buying is the freedom from stress and the ability to reclaim their evenings and weekends. My products are my monthly membership packages, which are bundles of hours that clients can use each month to delegate their household management and get their lives back."

Rates and Packages

Magnolia & Sage helps people get things done!   We love helping people get time back for their families.  We recommend starting with the 5-hour time block while you determine how many hours will best fit your family.  Hourly rates are $40 with a two-hour minimum. 

$175- 5 hours

Our "starter" package. Purchase hours 5 at a time and set appointments as needed.   Families love this pricing plan! 

Silver Membership- $500

From errands to meal planning, we handle multiple aspects of family life with VIP scheduling. This monthly membership is for those who know they will need our services regularly each month for at least 15 hours. Need more? Ask about our 30 hour Gold membership.

Gold Membership- $1000

Our Gold Package is perfect for clients who want elevated, consistent support. With 30 hours of concierge services each month, we handle errands, meal planning, scheduling, and household management with priority booking and VIP care.

Ideal for those who want a trusted partner to simplify life and create more time for what matters most.

Hi, I’m Allison — founder of Magnolia & Sage, a family concierge service. My inspiration to serve families grew from my own journey. I have been a home CEO for over 20 years. I completed a MSE and built a career while raising 3 young children in NWA as a single mom. I have a heart for helping people find that time with their family. I know what it is like to be juggling all those things and really want that special time with your loved ones. With over 15 years of career experience in family support, wellness, and household operations, I bring a calm, capable presence into busy homes. I hold a master’s degree in Wellness and have been certified in nutrition, food safety, doula support and emergency response. Whether it’s managing your family’s calendar, running errands, preparing meals, helping with children, or simply giving you space to breathe, my goal is to lighten your load. I believe that practical support is powerful — and that every family deserves the gift of time together.
